EU Cohesion Policy in discussion

Energy and Climate change issues are given a high priority in the European Commission’s legislative proposal for EU Cohesion policy 2014-2020, increasing the thematic concentration in priority areas such as “energy efficiency and renewables”. Will the proposed frameworke suffice for EU to reach the demanding climate and energy targets? This week, Build with CaRe will meet with the CPMR Energy Working Group group to discuss the potential impact of the legislative proposals on energy efficiency in the building sector.
